Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless yacht experience, please review the following guidelines:
- During booking, customers must specify the number of guests, and any additional services required, such as catering or jet skis.
- Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- A minimum of two primary guests must provide original identification documents to rent a yacht.
- All charters are subject to weather conditions, and the supplier reserves the right to cancel trips on short notice due to bad weather. Customers are encouraged to review the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Terms:
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings, when necessary, with full refunds issued to the named charterer. Cancellations may occur due to bad weather, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, or legal enforcement. In some cases, upgrade options may be available.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will incur a 25% deduction, with the remaining amount refunded to the original payment account.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- For public holidays and New Year’s Eve bookings, cancellations must be made at least one month in advance; otherwise, the booking will be non-refundable.
